Vacancy 7" cover
Dark Empire Records(?) 1994

Apartment 213 are a grindcore / powerviolence band from Cleveland Ohio. Members have been in or are in Nun Slaughter, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Ringworm, Scarver's Calling and tons more.
This 7" kills along with everything else the band has ever did. They have a discography Cd still available. So pick it up.
It would have been great if Macabre, Dahmer and Apartment 213 could have did a Murder Metal tour.

Excellent very political CRUST band from Columbia, South Carolina. The drummer later played for Damad & IN/Humanity and a few other bands I'll think of later.

Abstain "Superiority Complex" tape cover

This is a great political grind band from the US with better lyrics than most. Fans of Terrorizer & Repulsion should enjoy. This is their first demo from 1996.
They have a 52 track Discography cd on SOA Records. It is excellent! It includes:
1. Superiority Complex 1996 (this demo)
2. Defy MCD 1997
3. Split 7"s with Agathocles, Nasum, Denak & Unholy Grave
4. World Full of Zombies LP 1999

Putrid Offal / Exulceration split

CD cover
Label - Adipocere Records
Exulceration "Infernal Disgust" 1991 Switzerland
1. Agathocles
2. Cerebral Suppuration
3. Putrid Atmosphere
4. Brain Lobotomy
5. Exulceration
6. Syndrome of Regurgitation
One of the best grindcore splits I have ever heard, if not the best. When I first got this disc Putrid Offal was my favorite of the two. Now I would say it is about equal. Over the years Exulceration's brand of Napalm Death/Agathocles/early Carcass styled grind has grown on me a lot.
Both bands have that crossover feel all the grind bands lost in the mid-ninety's. Just listen to the bass at the beginning of Repulsive Corpse.
If you like Napalm Death, Agathocles, Autopsy, Carcass and Repulsion check this out.
